Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Kentucky
can my landlord come trow me out if i said i would be out by a certian day

Short answer: Maybe. The correct answer really depends upon the specific facts of your case and what it says in your rental agreement. For example, are you current on your rent, did you give proper notice as stated in your lease and have you paid rent through the date that you gave the landlord? Is this a month to month rental? Has there been a court case filed to force you out of your home? Is there a court order that says you must be out by a certain day? If yes, have you said you will leave by that day or after? Does your city or county have a landlord tenant ordinance? As a general rule, if you are current on your rent and have followed every term and condition (followed the rules) of the lease (and it has not expired), then the answer is he cannot legally force you out whenever he wants. However, I suspect there is far more to this case than your brief question reveals and depending upon the actual facts, he may be able to evict you before the day you have given him.
