Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Kentucky

terminating lease

my landlord in May tried to make us move from our newly rented property ( we moved in in April) because she wanted to sell the property. We refused to move because we had just singned a year lease and had we known this was going to happed we would never had moved in. The land lord placed a for sale sign in our yard in july. now she is listing with a realtor. It states in our lease that a for sale sign or for rent sign is to be placed on the property only for the last 30 days of the lease. in the mean time we have found a place to move into and would rather move now rather than wait out the lease. there have been poeple walking by looking into the house and have had many walk throughs and feel that once the property is listed it we will have more walk throughs. Asked land lord if we could just go ahead and terminate the lease and move at the end of november. She counter offered that we stay until end of year. We want out. she is harassing us.So do we have any recouse? can we just move outas planned and be not in the wrong? thank you
