Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Kentucky

I really am upset and wondering what i can do???...my daughters boyfriend was out on her bday met a lady that he knows nothing about and they got to talkin and he mentioned he was wanting to ren his house out and she says can I see it on the spot and there house is still partially filledwith all my daughters clothes shoes coats jackets baby clothes books pictures lamps sectional and long chair towls wash rags everything that u need in ur home and valuable well they r bolth young and no one knew this was happening she says I will give u money on the spot he said 400.00 + a 350.00 deposit and she gave it to him then and there knowing all there stuff is inside she says can I have the ket to put a few things in the basement and he gave it to her like he could trust her ....WRONG SHE TOOK HIS ONLY KEY THEY WROTE ON A PIECE OF PAPER A 6MONTH LEASE OMG!!! DONT EVEN KNOW HER HE CAME HOME THAT NIGHT TOLD ME I WENT THERE IMMEDIATELY NO ONE THERE WENT THERE FROM 0CT 1ST ON THE THIRD I SEE HER OUT SIDE AND I TOLD HER THIS IS A MISTAKE ...WE HAVE BEEN CALLING COMING BUT LEFT 2 NOTES ON THE DOOR AND NO RESPONSE ALL THERE STUFF IS INSIDE HIS OWN HOME HE OWNS .....SHE HAD NO ELECTRIC OR WATER TURNED ON I TOLD HER EITHER LE US GET THERE PROPERTY TAT WOULD BE 3-4 TRUCK LOADS OF STUFF OR I WILL GIVE U UR 400.00 DOLLAR BACK BEC U CAN NOT HAVE THERE PROPERTY ....SHE TELLS ME GET THE POLICE U ARE NOT COMING IN SHE WOULD NOT COME HOME AT ALL 4 SEV DAYS AFTER BEC NO UTILITIES AT NIGHT AND I TALKED TO POLICE COUNTY ATTORNEY DETECTIVE COURT HOUSE AND HE LEASED IT HER HOUSE 4 6 MONTHS AND VERBALLY THEY AGREED ABOUT ALL TERE PROPERTY I DONT KNOW WHY HE DIDNT RIGHT IT DOWN BUT WE WENT THERE SEVERAL DAYS AND ALL I COULD GET WAS 2 DRESSERS A SMALL TV 2 BOXES OF NOTHING SHE PUT STUFF IN A BOX THAT WAS NOT THERES THAT SHE DIDNT WANT AND HANDED IT OUT THE DOOR ...POLICE OPERATER SAYS THEY WILL NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT BEC ITS NOW CIVIL ...I CALLED HIS AUNT THAT ONLY HAS POWE ATTORNEY TO SALE THE HOUSE AND SHE TOLD US I THREW EVERYTHING AWAY AND I TOLD HER I AM GOING TO THE COURT HOUSE THIS WAS NOT UR PROPETY AND THIS IS NOT RIGHT SO WHEN THE AUNT GOT THERE SHE THINKS SHE ISLIKE A OWNER WE BOTH GO IN AND EVERYTHING IS STILL THERE AND SHE LIED AND WAS THREATNING ME AND SAYS SHE IS CALLING POLICE FOR TRESSPASSING I TOLD HER MY DAUGHTERS JEWELRY WAS GONE HE FURNITURE AND EVERYTHING IS STILL HERE SO LET ME GIVE UR 400.00 BACK SHE PAID NO DEPOSIT BEC SHE SAYS THAT SHE WAS GOING TO PAINT AND BLA BLA SHE TALKED HIS AUNT INTO THIS BEFORE ALL THIS HAPPENED OUT OF THE DEPOSIT I told her let me get there property she grabbed my daughters clothes out my hands that was only a few things that she had sitting there that was inher closet she said everything i this house is now mine I SAID NO AN I TOLD HER HERE I WILL GIVE U UR 400.00 DOLLARS BACK AND U CANT DO THIS SHE SAID I AM GOING TO WORK SO WE WILL TALK TOMORROW AND I CAME BACK WITH A TRUCK SHE HAS NOTHING OF HERS IN THE HOUSE BEC SHE DONT HAVE ANTHING SHE SAID U CANT HAVE ANYTHING ELSE IT IS ALL MINE BEC THE COURT HOUSE TOLD HER SHE CAN HAVE IT SHE RENTED HE HOUSE AND ONLY THE HOUSE SIGNED LEASE AND VERBALLY THAT THE STUFF WAS TO COME UT BEFORE SHE MOVED IN SHE SAID SHE WANTED TO ONLY PUT A FEW THINGS OF HERS IN THE BASEMENT AFTER THAT NO ONE COULD FIND HER I WENT TO THE COURT HOUSE JAIL EVERY WHERE AND SHE IS WELL KNOWN DRUG HEAD THAT HAS KILLED HER BABY EITHER SHOOK THE BABY TO DEATH OR BEAT THE BABY TO DEATH WELL SHE IS NOW BEIND EVICTED 3O AYS I PUT IT OM THE DOOR YESTERDAY BUT SHE HAS NOT REMOVED IT THE DETECTIVE AND POLICE WAS GLAD TO KNOW WHERE SHE IS BEC THE WAY I HERE SHE IS BEING INDITED SO PLEASE HELP ME HOW DO I GO IN AND GET THERE STUFF OUT MY DAUGHTER SAID IF SHE COMES THERE THEY WILL FIGHT AND THE OWNER IS NOW IN JAIL FOR NOT REPORTING TO CAP FOR A DRUG SCREEN HE SIGNED A EVICTION NOTICE I CHECKED EVEYWHERE IT TO BE LEGAL AND IT IS NOTURIZED I MADE A COPY FOR US AND TOOK A PIC OF IT ON THE DOOR WHAT SHOULD WE DO ????? she also put up 2 no trespassing signs plz help this is my daughters boyfriend and there babies stuff .........she slammed the door in our face .......plz help my name is mary

I have no earthly idea what the vast majority of this paragraph actually says, and cite this as evidence that text-messaging, tweeting, etc. has resulted in the death of the English language, giving birth instead to some sort of zombie-like resurrection of the long-since-dead short-hand. However, somewhere within the run-on sentence of misspelled, irrelevant narrative, and the added distraction of ALL CAPS typing (which, as a matter of internet etiquette, constitutes SHOUTING, and is very difficult to read), I get the impression this is about your daughter's personal possessions that were left inside a home in which she no longer resides and to which she longer has access, and the possessor of said residence refuses to return said personal property.

I would suggest your daughter retain an attorney to represent her in a civil action for either a recovery of her personal property, or a sum of money to compensate her for her missing personal property. Otherwise, she will not be able to retrieve her personal property. If your daughter cannot afford an attorney, she should contact the local Legal Aid office or local bar association for available pro bono or reduced-fee services in her area.
