Distribution of someones criminal record
Does an Attorney have the right to copy someones criminal record without permission or relation to the subject in anyway and distribute it out to family and co-workers ?

Criminal convictions are a matter of public record. Anyone can copy and distribute such information so long as it is not done for some illegal purpose, suchas blackmail.
