Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in Kentucky

i had gallbladder surgery.i was open for 7 hours .the surgeon left several stones i have had scope done and still have stones in side me ... have alot of trouble and still in alot of pain... do i have a malpractice case

An unsuccessful surgery does not necessarily equate medical malpractice. You should consult an attorney who practices medical malpractice and provide them with a copy of your medical records for evaluation if you believe your doctor did not abide by the standard of care.
