i want to share medical directions for my father with his wife. does the LivWill form i just downloaded allow this..

I do not know, or have a way to know, what form you downloaded. To find a living will form that fits Kentucky law, go to www.sos.ky.gov. The Ky Secretary of State has a downloadable form. I am assuming your father is competent to sign the form or that you are his attorney in fact for healthcare.
