Legal Question in Military Law in Kentucky
Dishonorable discharge
Committed a felony and was prosecuted and sentenced by a civilain court. Served all conditions. I was active duty military at the time and was also sent to an article 32 hearing. Found guilty and dishonarably discharged and rediced in rank. What if anything can I do to get the dishonorable lifted from my record?

Re: Dishonorable discharge
Depends on what prosecuted for, when the prosecution was done, and the status of your military appeals.
