Legal Question in Personal Injury in Kentucky

My husband was hit by a tire from a mobile home moving company that had came off the truck. Their insurance company said that they was taking care of the repair, but I was just informed that the mobile home moving company is in bankruptcy court and they are now saying they won't be paying for the repair and they are going to quit paying on my vehicle rental. What are my options here?

Just because the mobile home company is in bankruptcy, it doesn't absolve the insurance company from paying your claim. You should speak with an attorney if the insurance company will not pay the claim.
