Legal Question in Personal Injury in Kentucky
I was involved in a rear end collision three cars were involved, i sustained injuries to my neck and back, but the car that caused the collision was cited for no insurance, how can i sue to get the money for my dr bills, and money for pain and suffering

Hopefully you had car insurance at the time of the accident. You should have at least $10,000 of PIP coverage, and in Kentucky, you're required to have uninsured motorist coverage, so it's included in your policy. Call your insurance company immediately to file your claim.
