Re: slip n fall at walmart

That's a really complicated question with no simple answer. It depends on the nature of the liability, the extent of your medical bills/damages, whether there is any permanency to the injuries, and things of that nature. The critical information missing from your post is what caused the slip/fall. If Walmart did nothing to cause the injury, you'll likely not have a very good case. Give me a call if you want to discuss it further. You may have a great case or no case at all...it's impossible to tell from your posting.

There is no "answer" to this. It depends on a lot of things--medical expenses, lost work, lost wages, lost ability to work, pain and suffering, etc.

If you're going to try and settle this yourself, be ready to accept no more than three or four thousand dollars, because, unless you get an attorney, the company will,in all likelihood, not settle with you for anything close to your damages.

Also, slip and fall cases are difficult cases to win as a plaintiff.

Just get an attorney.
