Legal Question in Personal Injury in Kentucky

To start off i was in a accident wile on the clock driving a company vehical. I was rear ended by 2 cars wile i was at a dead stop at a traffic light. The car that caused the accident did admit fault as she stated she was not paying attention and was talking to the passenger and didnt even have time to hit her brakes she was going about 40 mph she hit the car in front of her smashing it in to me it totaled both the cars and smashed in the back of my company truck a f250.i was injured pretty bad. I have a large protruding disc at l5-s1 that is causing leg pain and extream back pain also 2 other smaller disc bulges in the c section of my back wich is causing neck pain, head aches, and unable to move my neck the way it use to move, also they say i have ddd and some closing of the nerve canal. i have been doctor excused from work for about 7 months now. i am getting work comp checks each week but it is in no way making up for my income when im working. When i work i make around 1600 a week my comp checks are only 721 a week so i have lossed a lot of income due to this.im struggling to make rent payments and bills. im close to being evicted. it has also caused extreme depresion and making me feel worthless becuse before i was active and enjoyed playing with my kids and sports and yard work. now my pain in my back and legs keep me from doing anything at all. i cant even sit or stand for more than 1 hour at a time it really is depresing.on top of all this i was fired 2 hours after accident with no reson why i asume it is becuse of filing a comp claim as i had been there 3 years with no write ups never once late nor missed anywork and went above and beond my job and volenterd for the weekend work and overtime work sometimes 90 hours a week for the company. that has also effected my depresion. i have had 8 weeks of pt that did nothing at all for the pain then 3 steroid injections in my back that only gave a few days of relief of the pain and also take loritabs 3 times a day and ultram 2 times a day and a relaxer pill 3 times a day none does any good to kill the leg pain at all and only temp relief of my back and neck pain. They want to try surgery but was told that it could make the problem worse than do any good. my medical bills are in the 25000 dollar range right now and loss income even with the comp checks are close to 25 grand also. all of these numbers are still getting higher each day as im still wrote off work with no return date untill doctors says i can go back to work but i dont belive i will ever be able to return to my type of work as i am a heavy equipment operator / manul labor /asphalt plant operator. all of these jobs requre heavy lifting and long hours of standing/ sitting like in operating heavy equipment to sit in sit one 12 hours a day with no suspension on them bouncing up and down in a seat due to ruff terrain and no suspension i find it hard to belive i will be able to ever do this agin. i am 32 years old and didnt even finsh high school so all this is causing me depresion as i have 4 kids to support and my future is not looking very good. what type of settlement do you think could come from this if any i know there is no true way to put a value on some of this but is there a ball park number that anyone could come up with on all this. i understand that workmans comp can put a lean on my auto claim but i dont know if i agree on this due to being in a auto accident is something that does happen in the corse of employment and is also workmans comp responabilty to pay for medical and lost wages even if it is a auto accident.

There's no way to value your case without full review of your records. Seek a consultation with a reputable attorney who practices personal injury law and regularly deals with workers compensation. And by reputable, I don't mean someone who advertises on TV.
