Adverse Possession-how to regain prop. which has been fenced in by neighbor.
Our Neighborhood Assoc. purchased a lot from the widow of the developer for Open Green Space and a neighbor has fenced off 1650' and claiming it. We have the survey which includes this area we have paid the last 10 years taxes and removed the fence. How do we proceed? They knew the developer died and thought no one would ever buy this lot.
