Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Kentucky

My fiancee works at a movie theater, and we have a ton of movie posters just laying around. Money is really tight right now, and I was hoping to be able to sell some of them online to make ends meet. Can I sell the movie posters without legal ramifications?

If the movie theatre allows you to have them, they are yours to do with what you please (unless you contract otherwise.) But if they are taken without permission, it's theft; so be certain permission is given by management and that there are no stipulations.
