Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Kentucky
I filed chapter 7 bankruptcy, chase mtg sent me reaffirmation papers...I signed but don't know if it was approved or put in my file. Now I can't afford home and just want to let it go under my bankruptcy. Chase is trying to sue me or make me liable, but never produced an approved reaffirmation agreement. Should I work with chase or consult a lawyer? Im thinking they lost my reaffirmation agreement, then I can walk away with a clean slate.

You should consult a lawyer. Many lawyers give free consultations, call around for one who does bankruptcy in your area.
