Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Kentucky

I need to find an investor/buyer for my parents home in Louisa, KY, which is in foreclosure. They need someone to buy their home by short sale and lease to them. Bank is willing to sell for about 1/3 of what it is worth just to get out from underneath it. This is prime real estate- 6000 sf with 5+ acres, newly constructed log home. Can you help?
