Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Kentucky
I gave a security deposit of 600 dollar. And decide not to move in. I gave them 72 hours notices. I never sign the lease, I never receive keys to the place. I never enter on the property at all. they refuse to give my deposit back. Am i entitle to receive it back?

If you never signed a lease, you should get your money back. You can take them to small claims court to receive a refund if they will not give it back.
