Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Kentucky

I have my house for sale by owner in state of Ky, I showed it to a couple who came with a realtor, now they are interested in buying it and expect me to pay a realtor commission, I did not verbally or sign anything saying i would work with a realtor, the potential buyer located the property on the internet not the realtor.

Do not sell it to them. Do not sign any contract to sell the property to them and you will not have to pay the commission.
