Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Kentucky
My lease is up on September 9th. A week ago I went to my landlord to see how much I would have to pay for the 9 days I would be there. They told me I had to give a 60 day written notice before I could leave. They said it was in my lease, but I never got a copy of my lease. Can they legally put an eviction on my record even though my lease is up?

Why would they evict you, when they're trying to hold you over for an additional 60 days?
If you signed the lease, you are held to its terms. You should have requested a copy at the time of signing, so you knew what those terms were. You'll probably have to pay the extra 2 months' rent, unless there is some reason the landlord has already breached the lease agreement.
