what if you lived in a property and payed taxes on said property since 2006 were falsley foreclosed on could you invoke the right of adverse posession since you have already been at property in question for almost 5 years

No, that's not long enough for adverse possession in Kentucky.

What do you mean by "falsely foreclosed on"? Did you own the property, paying your mortgage and the bank initiated foreclosure? Or better yet, not even have a mortgage and the bank foreclosed (Bank of America recently made that blunder). Since it is extremely unclear here what your circumstances actually are, you should seek a consult with a local attorney.
