Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Kentucky

I sold my 13 year old mobile home two months ago. The buyer inspected it himself before I sold it. There was some hidden mold that was just discovered two months later. He knew there was a history of mold. Am I liable for the hidden mold damage.

If you knew it was there and actively hid that fact, then you probably will be liable. If neither of you knew, then the duty of inspection rests on him and it is unlikely you would be liable. Besides, anyone buying a 13 year old mobile home has got to expect some problems.
