Spouse Selling Property w/o Other Spouses Knowledge

If a married couple are on the deed for a property can one spouse sell the property without the knowledge of the other spouse?

No. A deed for property held jointly by a husband and wife is only a valid conveyance when both parties sign the transfer document.
