Verbal sale real estate, buyer backed out.
Can I sue the buyer for breach of contract, I made offer on other real estate.

Kentucky has a law known as the "Statute of Frauds" (KRS 371.010) which requires all contracts relating to the sale and purchase of real estate to be in writing, signed by the parties.
Without a written document, you cannot sue the buyer for breach of an oral (non-written) agreement.
