Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Kentucky
Time Limit to File for Sexual Harrasment
Less than a year ago I was the subject of sexual harrasment at the place I worked. I told my manager and assistment manager at the time and all they did was laugh. The man was not talked to about this nor was he fired. Nothing was done. I was wondering how long I have to file suit on this.

Re: Time Limit to File for Sexual Harrasment
Kentucky's Civil Rights Act does not set a specific date for filing suit on a sexual harassment claim. To be safe, you would be best to file suit within two years of the harassment.
