Legal Question in Social Security Law in Kentucky

I was pregnant by another man when I got married.I am wondering if my child is entitled to Socail security benefits from her real father even though she does not have his last name?

Having his last name does not matter; many children do not share the last names of their biological fathers. What does matter is if paternity has been established. If so, then the child would be entitled to benefits.
