Legal Question in Traffic Law in Kentucky
Arrested and was kinda seduced into commiting crime.
I now know that there is an un marked white mustang cop that patrols near me. Here's the story. I was slowing down to a red light and noticed a white mustang waiting at the light. It turn green while I'm going about 30 so I start giving it more gas(speed limit is 50) and I'm get to 55 pretty quick as I noticed a white mustang fly past me, so my natural reaction(I'm a teenager with a loud car and a lead foot) is to try and keep up. Well I do and we make it to about 110 MPH when he was about a car length away and he brakes and so do I. He gets behind me and turns his sirens and lights on and pulls me over. He cuffs me and calls a different cop car down and he takes me to the station and puts me into a little room and cuffs me to a little metal chair until my dad gets there. He never read me my miranda rights(not sure if he has to or not) and I feel as if he seduced me into racing and then screwing me over and laughing about it to my face. What should I do?

You do not have an entrapment defense here. So you should forget that idea. You really need to hire an attorney and try to make the best deal possible.
