Legal Question in Traffic Law in Kentucky
Court Date on citation is 2 days after offense date
I was cited for no insurance and expired tags in a roadblock on 08/20/08, the court date on my citation is 08/22/08. I have nothing that says I am to be in court on September 22, 2008 because the citation says August 22, 2008. What should I do? Will I even be on the docket? I would really like to get out of this if possible. I need an answer as soon as possible, Monday is the 22nd, thanks.

Send me your name, and the Kentucky County in which you were cited, and I will be happy to check the Court's docket for you.
