other driver had no insurance
i was rear ended i only had liability insurance and the driver who hit me had no insurance-i am at a loss and dont know what steps to take please help-thank you

You're definitely in a pickle. Your recourse is to sue the driver who hit you and collect against what personal assets or wages you can attach. You may be able to contact the Crime Victims Compensation Board and get some sort of help with medical and property damage claims through them, although i'm not sure a "no insurance" criminal charge on the other driver would get you in under the guidelines.
