Legal Question in Traffic Law in Kentucky
Motion of Discovery
I intend to defend myself in Trafic Court. I have submited a request to the County Attorny, Sheriff & Circuit Court for information in regard to my case.
I received a responce only from the County Attorney's office stating that I must first file a motin of discovery in order to access the public records I require.
How do I go about this with the County Circuit Court?

Re: Motion of Discovery
First, Traffic Court is District, not Circuit in Kentucky (unless it's a felony DUI). Email me, and i'd be happy to attach a copy of my standard discovery requests in my response to you. [email protected]. Best of Luck.
