Will she pay?
My husband was in a wreck yesterday and it was another persons falut. Iwas told since he does not have a drivers licence i may not get any money for the accident. it was not my husbands fault our car was totaled and the person who was at fault did not even get a scratch on her car well just a dent above the tire. since he did not have a licince would her insurance pay for my car? please let me knnow if i even have a chance of getting my car repaired.

The person at fault for the collision is legally responsible for the damages to your car. Lack of a driving license does not change that - although it may have something to do with your husband's liability under comparative fault.
