387.100 Inventory of ward's estate.

We received a letter from the clerk stating we needed to file an inventory of my father-in-law's estate. Everything was left to my mother-in-law and I need to know what specific document I need to have her file.

I'm sorry for you and your family's loss. You will need to use, complete, and then file to copies of Form AOC-855 with her district clerk. You can access such form at the following link:
