Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Kentucky

Advice

My fatherinlaw is dying, he is already in hospice, there is a daughter and a son, neither is admin or POA. Daughter is signing checks out of his checking account, she also took him to a local bank and made a huge loan, while he was hooked to a moraphine pump, they had to prop him up in the truck and the bank personel had to bring out to the auto to sign, is this legal, also, after he was diagnosed and put on chemo and radiation, and pain medication, the daugher took him and revised the will, just need help, the daugher has already gotten over 100K out of the estate, and he aint even dead yet. Just need to know what our recouse should be. Also, she has his Chevron card and has already put over 1800. dollars on it, even though she is not an authorized user. What do we need to do.

Thank you

Re: Advice

There are several things that need to be done but whether or not it is practical is another question. I cannot answer your question directly in this type of forum. You need to consult a local attorney who can "flesh-out" the facts. You may also contact your county attorney. If your father is just physically disabled, then he can allow others to act for him. Go speak to someone. It will be too late once the assets are gone. I doubt that the daughter has anything which to reimburse the estate.
