Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Kentucky

My Boyfriend pled guilty to all the charges to get me out of jail, and he got court ordered 6 months in rehab and 2 years probation, he stayed in jail for 30 days and he has been in the rehab since the 7th of this month, after his 30 days of being in rehab can he get shock probation?

No Judge in his or her right mind is going to grant someone shock probation who is in rehab. He should be grateful to be in rehab instead of jail. And since, as you say, he pled guilty only to keep you out of jail, it sounds as though you would be best served by joining him in rehab before either of you end up in trouble again.
