changing states ,do I need to make a new will

If I move from Indiana,to Ky. and I have made a will in Indiana,do I have to make a new one in Ky. when I move there?

The general rule is that if your will was validly executed in the state where it was executed it will be accepted as valid in any state you happen to die in.

Kentucky will recogonize a will executed in another state as long as the will meets either that state's requirements or Kentucky's requirements.
