Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Kentucky
The court sent a letter to appear in court because i failed or refused to file inventory over my fathers estate. I don't understand what that means. Can you help me?

You just need to file an inventory of the estate's assets. There's a form for that, ask the clerk. If you can't figure out the form, you need to hire an attorney.
