Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Kentucky

My father passed away before my grandmother made her Will. My grandmother has now passed away and I wasn't mentioned in the Will. Is there any law that states I should have at least been mentioned or either my dad?

No, you don't have to leave anything to family members if you don't want to. If you write a will, you can leave your entire estate to Greenpeace and completely snub your family if you like.
