My father just passed, do I have any legal right to any of his life insurance? He was married and had no will. This is in Ky.

Depends on who the beneficiary of the policy was, so maybe. If his wife was the only beneficiary, then no. Because he died intestate, you are entitled to your portion of his estate, if there is anything to inherit. Seek a consultation with a local probate attorney if you believe you should inherit a portion of his estate.
