father's will
My estranged father died on Christmas day. I found out I was in his will but I have heard nothing from either my brothers or my sisters. How can I get a copy of his will?

Re: father's will
Check with your district court, probate division and see if the will has been probated. If not, you may need to institute an action and seek an order to produce the will from the court.
