Can my husband leave me out of his will? We are seperated but not divorced.

Yes. You can name whomever you like as your beneficiary. Although that doesn't mean a will can't be contested, which is another issue entirely.
The likelihood is you'll be divorced before your husband dies, and your marital property will be divided, and you'll go your separate ways. Then you will have no claim to his estate.
