joint names on vehicle tittle
Father left vehicle to older bother in will but vehicle is in surviving wife name also can older brother take auto without wife consent or court award this vehicle to older brother?

If the title is in the joint names of the father and wife, then it is likely that the surviving wife will get the car. The actual title needs to be reviewed by local counsel to give an accurate answer. Without seeing it, my answer is very general.
