Living trust amendments
We had an attorney create a joint living trust in Oregon and we have moved to Kentucky. Is our living trust still valid in KY and can we update it by making any necessary changes by amendment?

The trust continues to exist under Oregon law and would need to be amended under Oregon law. More information would be needed to determine if it was advisable to try and revoke it and create a trust under Kentucky law.
