Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Kentucky
I have just made out my own will. What is my next step? Do I need to register it with Probate Court or should I just put it in a safety deposit box after giving my executor a copy?

Your will is not probated until you die. Just keep the original in a safe place, and give a copy to your executor/executrix.
Also, make sure, since you made it yourself, that you have followed the statutory requirements in Kentucky for wills, including execution of the will. Otherwise, your will may not be valid.
