Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Kentucky

power of attorney from a out of the country person

my husband tried to return his brother ''already up lease term-car'' and the lessor (Huntington Bank) told him to get a power of attorney letter. Since my brother in law is out of the country (Indonesia) is there anyway to do this?

You can still get a power of attorney from the person in Indonesia. In fact, I just handled a similar matter from someone in Guam. If you need more advice, please feel free to call me at 714-568-1560 or email me.
