Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Kentucky

Hello, This question has to do with a Last Will and Testament. A family member is wondering what the word "disposing memory" means in the context of this sentence of their will. Also the words, domiciled and codicils.

"I, NAME, domiciled in and a resident of COUNTY, ST, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all wills and codicils heretofore made by me."

"Disposing memory" means absolutely nothing. The Will statute only requires the testator be of "sound mind", but you'll find a lot of other largely meaningless, flowery language in legal forms.

Domicile is your permanent place of intended residence. Codicil is a later addition to an existing will.
