Statutes of limitation can be really tricky and there may be multiple ones that apply. There are also other doctrines that come into play such as "tolling". Therefore, it is best to see a lawyer and lay all the facts out.

KRS 394.240 provides a 2 year limit on challenging a will. A will may also involve express or implied contracts which has a different limit.
