Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Kentucky

no will, sister living in the house

my mother died, no husband, only my sister and I are her heirs, questions is, my mother had a contract drawed up a few years ago, that if she died the house would go to my sister, and if my sister died first it would go to my mother, I haven't seen this paper, but still wouldn't I be entitled to 1/4 of my mother's share?

It really depends on what this document is. If you can't get someone to show it to you, go to probate court and see if a will has been probated. If not, then you can file to administer the estate - that would force the document to be produced. Then, once you have the document, you need a lawyer to review it.
