Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Kentucky

will

the will states:

my granddaughter xxxx may reside in my residence for up to 12 months following my death. after 12 months i give and devise my residense commonly known as xxxx to my son xxxx.

question:

does this mean that the granddaughter must move from the residence at the end of 12 months following the death? or does it mean that the granddaughter has 12 months after probate court?

Re: will

The way this reads, it appears that the Will gives granddaughter a 12 month leasehold that would run from the date of death (and not from the date of probate).
