Can I win back the custody of my child?
My spouse filed for divorce and for custody of our child. He stated many false accusations about me and the caretaking of my child. This past Friday I recieved an order from the court granting him temporary custody of our 20 month old child.
Since he was granted temporary custody, will he be the one more than likely to be granted full custody? Is there anything that I can do to win full custody? Is it possible for an illegal mexican immigrant to win full custody of an american born resident child?
*He is an illegal immigrant, who works 68 hours two weeks out of the month, and 57 hours the other two weeks

In most domestic relations and family courts in Kentucky, the judges do not decide custody based on a parents immigration status (or lack thereof).

Temporary Custody is just that....temporary. Sounds like you didn't have your day in court yet. You need to hire an attorney and get moving to protect your rights. You cannot do this alone. Call or email if you have any questions. Best of luck!
