Legal Question in Immigration Law in Korea (South)
business ownership opportunity
I am an undergraduate student (from Korea) studying finance. I have two years left till' graduation (May, 2010). I am planning to start-up own my business by the time I graduate, if there is any legal bnefits I can take would you please let me know..If I become a self-employed person, is this possible for me to apply for a green card through my company? If there is a way, would you tell me how? (Here in the US)

I suggest you look into the requirements of an E-2 visa.
