Legal Question in Immigration Law in Korea (South)
green card process for F-1 student
I have been studying abroad in US for 9 years and expected to graduate from college in 2010. After I will go through OPT and hope to get employed. I also have 2 eligible family members that can sponsor me for a green card, but I was wondering what my options are and what would be the best choice to get my green card and speed up the process. Is there a way I can speed up the process since I have been living here for a long period of time?

Re: green card process for F-1 student
It depends on who these family members are.
Immediate relatives who are US citizens can petition for you right away without any delay: Your parents, your spouse, or your adult son/daughter over 21 years of age.
