i have a friend who gots a brother that lives in korea and he wants to bring him to america but doesn't know how?

who does he have to contact, and what process does he have to go true.

and how can he make them an american citizen?

he is all ready a american citizen.

Citizens can petition to bring their brothers and sisters to the United States. The process is a slow one, so your friend should get started right away. Your friend should feel free to contact me if he would like more information.
